1. Payment Methods

At HAWK AUTO , we offer flexible and secure payment options for your convenience. You can pay for our car detailing services using:

  • Cash payments at our service location.

  • Debit or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.).

  • Online payments through secure gateways.

All transactions are processed safely and securely. We do not store or have access to your card details.


2. Billing and Invoices

  • A detailed invoice is provided after every service, outlining the services performed, prices, taxes, and any applicable discounts.

  • For online bookings, a digital receipt will be emailed to the address provided.

  • Please review your invoice carefully and report any discrepancies within 48 hours of receiving it.


3. Advance Payments & Deposits

  • Some detailing services may require an advance deposit to confirm your booking.

  • Deposits are non-refundable in case of last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) or no-shows.

  • The deposit amount will be deducted from the total service bill upon completion.


4. Taxes and Additional Charges

  • All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Additional fees may apply for oversized vehicles, excessive dirt, pet hair removal, or special treatments not included in standard packages.

  • Any add-ons or upgrades will be billed separately and must be approved by the customer prior to service.


5. Refunds and Adjustments

Refunds are processed in accordance with our [Refund Policy]. Approved refunds will be returned via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
