All transactions are processed safely and securely. We do not store or have access to your card details.
2. Billing and Invoices

A detailed invoice is provided after every service, outlining the services performed, prices, taxes, and any applicable discounts.

For online bookings, a digital receipt will be emailed to the address provided.

Please review your invoice carefully and report any discrepancies within 48 hours of receiving it.
3. Advance Payments & Deposits

Some detailing services may require an advance deposit to confirm your booking.

Deposits are non-refundable in case of last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) or no-shows.

The deposit amount will be deducted from the total service bill upon completion.
4. Taxes and Additional Charges

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Additional fees may apply for oversized vehicles, excessive dirt, pet hair removal, or special treatments not included in standard packages.

Any add-ons or upgrades will be billed separately and must be approved by the customer prior to service.
5. Refunds and Adjustments
