We take pride in the quality of our detailing services. If you are not satisfied with the service received, please contact us within 24 hours of completion. We will review the concern and may offer one of the following:

  • A free touch-up or rework on the affected area.

  • A partial refund, if applicable.

  • A full refund in exceptional cases, at our discretion.


3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds or reworks may be considered if:

  • The service provided did not match the agreed package or description.

  • There is a clear quality issue that can be verified by our staff.

  • You report the issue within the specified time frame (24 hours).

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The customer fails to report dissatisfaction within the given time.

  • The issue arises from pre-existing vehicle damage or excessive wear.

  • The customer changes their mind after the service is completed.

  • The dissatisfaction is subjective (e.g., personal preference in shine level, scent, etc.) without a service error.


4. Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment are free of charge.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee of up to [X% or fixed amount] of the service price.

  • No-shows without notice may be charged the full service fee.


5. Payment Refund Method

If a refund is approved:

  • Payments made by card or online transfer will be refunded to the original payment method.
